Installation Coordinator Assistant Salary: $12.00/hr + benefits
Pacific Northwest Company since 1948 needs a SUPERSTAR Administrative Assistant. Will be responsible for performing and/or assisting with organizing, procuring, and controlling installation project activities. Will assist with the contract management software program - some of the duties are listed below:

Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all production schedules on installation jobs with Project Manager(s) assistance

Coordinates procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls timely delivery on installation jobs as needed

Assists in the preparation of data required for monthly job billing with assistance from Installation Coordinator Scheduler

General administrative support for installation jobs: Creates customer account within Dynamics, open service order and/or job cost

Process job within estimating software and updates status, when needed

Creates job file(s), email notification of job status to purchasing, sales, close jobs, reviews and enter job cost recap, change orders including no charge change orders in estimating software and job cost.

Maintains Electrical Permit Log, processes permits, cost to jobs, and tracks status

Serves as liaison between Company and field staff, as well as customers, etc. Back-up on answering in-coming phone calls within installation department.


This is a busy, fast paced position - must be great at multi-tasking, have a great attitude and professionalism, be customer focused and good with numbers.
